Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Receipt of a PAGCOR exclusion order or court order
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login for 12 months are classified as inactive and may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure notice in accordance with applicable regulations

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder following identity verification and a security review period.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
